# Sentiment Mention Details

> Drill into responses for a single sentiment dimension and filter by mentioned/not mentioned.

## What this is

A response table view for a specific sentiment dimension (e.g., **Security**), with filters for mention status and sentiment polarity.

## Why it matters

* You can see the exact responses driving a dimension score.

* It separates “you were mentioned negatively” from “you weren’t mentioned at all.”

* It gives you concrete language to fix or reinforce.

## Where to find it

**Analytics → Prompt Analytics → Sentiment → click a dimension**

## How it works

* Meridian filters responses to the selected dimension.

* Controls include:

  * Time range + Prev. Period

  * Mention filter (All / Mentioned / Not mentioned)

  * Polarity toggles (Positive / Neutral / Negative)

  * Response table (date, position, platform, region)

Caption: Drill into a dimension and isolate the responses causing negativity.

## How to use it

1. Click a sentiment dimension (e.g., Security).

2. Use polarity toggles to focus on **Negative**.

3. Use **Mention** filter:

   * **Mentioned** to see what’s being said about you

   * **Not mentioned** to see where you’re excluded

4. Open a response row to inspect language and citations.

## How to interpret results

* If negatives are “Mentioned” → fix narrative with facts, FAQ, comparisons, and citations.

* If negatives are mostly “Not mentioned” → you’re not in the conversation → improve visibility first.

* If negatives cluster in one platform → optimize to that platform’s sources.

* If negatives spike in a short timeframe → likely triggered by a trending event or new content → address quickly.

* If negatives are vague (“unreliable,” “expensive”) → publish explicit counter-evidence (benchmarks, pricing tables, guarantees).

## Common questions / troubleshooting

* “Why do I see ‘No mentions’ rows?” → that run didn’t mention you; it still contributes to “not mentioned” context.

* “Why is the response count huge?” → that’s total runs; add filters (platform/topic).
