Prompts

Create and manage the questions you test against AI platforms. Set up prompts individually or in bulk, organize with tags and topics, and monitor their performance over time. Analyze them by pressing the Analyze button. Detailed prompts analytics To focus your analysis, navigate to the Analytics > Prompts section. Hover over any prompt and press Analyze for detailed analytics.

You can group the prompts by Topic or any Custom Attributes you’re tracking.

You can also filter the prompts by Topics, Platforms, Attributes, or Date Range before selecting Analyze to get deeper analytics.
View LLM Responses After pressing Analyze, you’ll be able to view all of the individual prompt responses in your dashboard.

Sentiment

Sentiment measures the overall tone of AI responses when mentioning your brand on a scale from 0 to 100. This metric helps you understand how AI models perceive and describe your brand. For deeper analysis, click on a section of the bar chart. You’ll see the individual prompts and responses that resulted in this sentiment score.

Citations

When AI platforms search the web for answers, we capture those sources. They’re your biggest opportunity for improvement. You can switch between Domains view (likenytimes.com) and URLs view (specific web pages).

The citations are organized in two columns:
  • Your Brand’s Citations: On the left you’ll see an overview of which sources are trusted by LLMs to talk about your brand.
  • Top Citation Drivers: On the right is the corpus of data on the internet used and trusted by LLMs to answer the prompts you want to increase visibility for. Treat this as the corner of the internet that matters for your product / solution / industry.

For e-commerce companies, you can import your SKUs and receive detailed analytics on each SKU. These numbers reflect SKU appearance in Shopping Cards.
