home Home is where most teams start each week. It summarizes whether AI assistants are recommending you more often, ranking you higher, and relying on sources that support you. It also helps you quickly decide what to investigate next.

Time range and previous period

Home is scoped by the date range you select (for example, “Last 7 days”) and the “Prev. Period” comparison.
Prev. Period compares to the immediately previous time span of the same length.Example: Last 7 days vs the 7 days right before that.

KPI cards

Home shows four KPIs:
  • Visibility: how often you are mentioned across runs.
  • Citation Rate: how often answers include sources.
  • Sentiment: how positively AI describes you across key dimensions.
  • Prominence: your average rank when you are mentioned (lower is better).
If you want the exact formulas, see Main Metrics.

Visibility chart

The Visibility chart shows daily visibility for you and competitors. It is useful for spotting:
  • When a change began
  • Whether it is consistent or a one-day spike
  • And whether competitor gains align with your decline.

Brand Rankings

Brand Rankings shows a ranked list of brands and their visibility. This is the fastest way to answer “who is beating us overall?” without picking a single prompt.

Rising Visibility

Rising Visibility helps you see what is improving the most. Use it to:
  • Double down on topics/prompts that are already trending in your favor
  • Spot new areas where you may want to add prompts or content
  • Validate that recent work is moving the right direction.

Platform Breakdown

Platform Breakdown shows how visibility differs across AI platforms. Differences are normal because platforms rely on different sources and retrieval behavior. If one platform is consistently weaker, you usually need a platform-specific plan (especially around citations).
