Skip to main contentThe Improve section is where you turn insights into action. It’s focused on doing things that move the numbers: creating better content, winning more citations, and engaging where AI conversations actually happen.
Create
Create is your workspace for generating AI-optimized content: articles, FAQs, comparison pages, PDP improvements, and other assets specifically designed to perform well in AI search and AI Overviews. It pulls in Meridian’s gap analysis so you’re never starting from a blank page.
Why it matters
- Bridges the gap between “we see an opportunity” and “we shipped something for it.”
- Ensures new content is mapped to real prompts, topics, and products rather than generic SEO ideas.
- Saves time for content teams by giving them structured briefs and first drafts.
How to use this page
- Start from a recommended opportunity (e.g., from Website → Content) or pick a Topic/product you want to improve.
- Choose the content type (article, FAQ collection, PDP enhancement, etc.).
- Review the auto-generated outline and talking points tied to real AI prompts.
- Edit the draft directly in your own editor or CMS, using Meridian’s suggestions as a starting point.
- Publish and then monitor related prompts in Brand/Website analytics to see if visibility and referrals increase.
Outreach
Outreach helps you act on off-site opportunities: winning more high-quality citations and links from the sites AI systems already rely on. It’s where you plan and track campaigns aimed at the publishers, partners, and platforms that most influence how AI describes your brand.
Why it matters
- AI assistants lean heavily on trusted external sources when generating answers.
- Getting your brand mentioned or cited in those sources can meaningfully shift your visibility and share of voice.
- Outreach gives you a GEO-aware way to prioritize PR, partnerships, and link-building work.
How to use this page
- Start with the “high-influence sources” list coming from Meridian’s citation tracking (e.g., blogs, review sites, publishers).
- Create outreach campaigns around key targets (e.g., “Top fintech reviews,” “Category benchmarks,” “Industry reports”).
- Track status (not contacted / in progress / live) so marketing, PR, and SEO stay aligned.
- Once coverage goes live, watch for changes in citations and visibility for connected prompts.
Engage
Engage shows you UGC and social threads/posts that AI is already citing (Reddit, YouTube, etc.) where your brand is not currently part of the conversation.
The list is re-ranked every week by importance, based mainly on how often each thread or post is cited in AI answers.
Why it matters
- AI assistants learn a lot from UGC and social discussion.
- If heavily cited threads don’t mention you, AI has less reason to bring your brand into its answers.
- By engaging with or recreating content around these high-impact conversations, you increase the chances that future AI answers include you.
How to use this page
- Each week, review the priority list of UGC/social posts (sorted by citation volume).
- For each high-priority item, decide how to respond:
- Engage directly where appropriate (comment with helpful context, comparisons, or your POV).
- Support creators by answering questions, sharing expertise, or adding missing information (without being spammy).
- Use as inspiration: turn high-performing themes into your own posts, videos, or threads on your social channels.
- Feed the best ideas into your social/content calendar so your team regularly publishes content that mirrors what AI already considers useful.
- Over time, monitor whether AI starts mentioning your brand more often around those topics and questions.
