report an issue while you’re looking at it,

quickly share the page you’re on,

and keep everything tied to your workspace.
What to include (so we can help quickly)
Whether you email or use the form, including the following details usually speeds things up:

What you were trying to do (example: “Export citations for last 7 days”)

Where you were in the product (example: “Analytics → Citations”)
-
Date range + any filters (platform, region, topic, attributes)
-
Example prompt(s) (if relevant)
-
Screenshots (especially of the error or unexpected output)
-
Any exports you generated (if relevant)
If the issue is about a specific AI response, include a run where you can see:

whether you were mentioned,
-
your position,
-
and which sources were cited.
