There are two primary ways to contact Meridian support:

1) Email

You can always email us at: support@trymeridian.com Email is best when you want to:
  • include longer context,
  • attach files (exports, screenshots, docs),
  • or loop in teammates on the thread.
You can also contact support directly from the dashboard using the in-app Contact Support form. This is best when you want to:
  • report an issue while you’re looking at it,
  • quickly share the page you’re on,
  • and keep everything tied to your workspace.

What to include (so we can help quickly)

Whether you email or use the form, including the following details usually speeds things up:
  • What you were trying to do (example: “Export citations for last 7 days”)
  • Where you were in the product (example: “Analytics → Citations”)
  • Date range + any filters (platform, region, topic, attributes)
  • Example prompt(s) (if relevant)
  • Screenshots (especially of the error or unexpected output)
  • Any exports you generated (if relevant)
If the issue is about a specific AI response, include a run where you can see:
  • whether you were mentioned,
  • your position,
  • and which sources were cited.
