What to include (so we can help quickly)
Whether you email or use the form, including the following details usually speeds things up:- What you were trying to do (example: “Export citations for last 7 days”)
- Where you were in the product (example: “Analytics → Citations”)
- Date range + any filters (platform, region, topic, attributes)
- Example prompt(s) (if relevant)
- Screenshots (especially of the error or unexpected output)
- Any exports you generated (if relevant)
- whether you were mentioned,
- your position,
- and which sources were cited.
