Agent helps you move from “something changed” to “here’s what to do next.” It is most useful when you want a fast explanation of a KPI shift, have questions about the Meridian product, or when you know what outcome you want (more visibility, better rank, more citations) but you are not sure which lever to pull first. Agent Agent uses your tracked prompts, recent runs, citation drivers, and your configured competitors/products to recommend actions inside Meridian.
Agent is most helpful after you have added a meaningful prompt set and competitor set. If you only track a few prompts, the recommendations can be correct but less specific.

What Agent is good for

Explaining changes

Agent can explain changes on Home, including:
  • why visibility dropped,
  • why citation rate changed,
  • why prominence got worse,
  • and which sentiment dimension is trending negative.

Prioritizing what to do next

Agent can recommend the most impactful next steps, like:
  • which prompts to investigate first,
  • which sources to target for outreach,
  • which pages to fix on your site,
  • which opportunities to publish next.

Answering “how do I” questions

Agent can help new users learn Meridian quickly, for example:
  • “How do I diagnose a prompt?”
  • “How do I improve citations?”
  • “How should I use Off-page?”

Example questions that work well

Here are prompts that usually lead to helpful, actionable answers:
  • “What changed this week on Home, and what should we do about it?”
  • “Which prompts are we most often not mentioned in, and what do those winners cite?”
  • “Which citations drivers should we prioritize for outreach?”
  • “Which website pages should we fix first to improve citations?”
