Opportunities helps you decide what to publish next without guessing. Each opportunity is generated from your performance and the citation ecosystem in your category. The goal is to publish content that AI assistants can reliably summarize, cite, and recommend. Opportunities cards with priority and actions

How Opportunities are generated

Meridian looks at patterns across your tracked prompts and answers, including:
  • Prompt categories where you are frequently not mentioned
  • Prompts where you are included but outranked
  • Citation drivers (which domains and URLs models trust),
  • And content formats that commonly win the prompt type (listicle, comparison, how-to, guide).
Opportunities are not random blog ideas. They are meant to map to specific gaps in what AI is currently citing and recommending for the prompts you want to increase visibility for.

Actions you can take

Generate brief

Generates a structured brief designed for AI visibility. More information on Briefs in Content.

Decline

Decline removes irrelevant opportunities so the list stays useful.
Declining is helpful when a suggestion is off-topic for your business or not aligned to your audience. It keeps your backlog clean.

A practical way to use Opportunities each week

  1. Start with High priority opportunities.
  2. Choose one opportunity tied to your most valuable prompt themes.
  3. Generate a brief and publish a single strong piece rather than many small posts.
  4. Measure impact in Home and in Analytics → Prompts for the related prompts.
